Housing Counseling Services provides Technical Assistance and training to Limited Equity Cooperative and Condominium boards and associations. HCS supports residents in maintaining relationships with management companies and maintaining safe and secure housing. HCS trains coop members and boards on understanding their governing documents, planning for future repairs and ensuring a general understanding of the ownership structure of their cooperative or condominium. HCS provides election support and training on how to effectively run meetings. HCS is available to help individual coop members and condo owners with identifying resources and navigating various housing obstacles.
