Greetings,
Please help HCS continue to make a difference in the community. We’ve been at it for almost 50 years and we have faced many challenges and have seen the housing market change over those years. This year, 2021, has truly been a challenging year for all of us.
As a mission driven service delivery agency, the staff at HCS has been working diligently to get housing help to those who need it in the DC metro area – from preventing evictions and foreclosures, ensuring the rights of tenants are protected, to providing temporary housing to veterans, food assistance to families living with HIV or AIDS, and even to educating future tenants and home buyers about the DC housing market. We have had to grow our staff to keep up with growing demand and evolve our technology to continue to safely provide our services.
