The Transitional Opportunities Program (TOP) is a community based transitional housing program that provides supportive housing to single adults living with HIV for up to 18 months. TOP participants must be able to demonstrate the capacity to live independently and adhere to program guidelines while engaging in weekly case management and completing productivity documentation. TOP participants will be supported through a rental subsidy and will be responsible for paying 30% of their income towards the rent.
