Housing Counseling Services, Inc. seeks an energetic self-starter to conduct case management activities and provide support services to households receiving housing and\/or financial services from Housing Counseling Services.<\/p>\n PRIMARY DUTIES:<\/strong><\/p>\n Housing Counseling Services (HCS) seeks an energetic self-starter to provide outreach, training, and technical assistance to low and moderate-income District Cooperative Members and Condominium Owners. The Resident Services Specialist will provide training, counseling and technical assistance to limited equity cooperatives, and troubled condominiums and cooperatives. The Specialist will work closely with Coop and Condo associations to encourage resident engagement and to develop training curriculums and technical assistance tailored to the specific needs of the associations. The specialist will assure that the associations are knowledgeable on all applicable housing laws and policies, all reporting requirements and all available tax credits.
