Sign language interpretation is available upon request. No in-person counseling is being offered at this time.<\/span> Call us at 202-667-7706 to ask about scheduling an appointment. In preparation for your appointment you might be asked to provide documentation relating to your housing situation. We encourage you to go to our Download Center and download the document checklist that applies to you.<\/p>\n Those who are seeking to apply for any of the down payment and closing cost assistance programs funded by the DC Department of Housing and Community Development\u00a0 (DHCD) should expect that it will take between 60 to 90 days<\/strong> for application approval.<\/p>\n
