The DC Home Purchase Assistance Program (HPAP), Employer Assisted Housing Program (EAHP), and Negotiated Employee Assistance Housing Program (NEAHP) are funded by the DC Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and provide financial assistance with down payment and closing cost funds for the purchase of a home in Washington, DC.
